Using the Wii to write messages effin sucks. (Though its great for just browsing.)
Today I spent half an hour painstakingly writing a message to someone and I must not have hit the right button because, gone!
SO freaking frustrating.

oh man, that would drive me cuh-razy. I didn't even know you could use the Wii as a browser. That is kind of neat.

RANT: I might not ever talk to my Aunt J after we finish going through Aunt E's estate except for at weddings and funerals. At one time we went through the Angel Collection. Not everything was selected. This weekend we are going through the Christmas stuff. Well one of the Christmas things is a Nuremburg Angel tree topper she bought when she visited us in Germany.
Aunt J was setting out Christmas stuff and my mom asked her if she had seen the angel. She said she went through everything and haddn't found it.
Next day, it mysteriously appeared with the Christmas stuff.
I hate to say it, but with the other shit that's been going on, I think Aunt J is stealing Aunt E's stuff when she thinks she can get away with it.

RANT: They were here! They came by some time while I was sleeping and left a notice...I sure hope that's all they did... ...as in, what if they came in while I was sleeping, and I slept through their being here? Is that possible?

RAVE: I spent some time tonight with my son and granddaugter. We had a great time and I am just so proud of what a good job of parenting that my son is doing. Hayden is doing well. She has her first tooth, she is crawling and she laughs often.

GRUMBLE: Work people, if you're giving me a project or something to do... and you need it sooner rather than later... don't give it to me and say "when you get a chance" or something similar. Considering my backlog, and my mood, I might not "get a chance" for weeks...
And if you do give me something that truly is "when I get a chance", then don't pester me about it every other day...

I think you can buy a keyboard for the Wii if you like using it for the browser. I know using the the little onscreen keypad and controller is not easy or fast. I like using the Wii to watch Youtube videos on the television.

RANT: I really don't like when people drink to excess and get all stinky drunk!

Oh, agreed! Especially when they get on the bus or train or other enclosed space with you. Especially when it's nearing time for their Christmas bath. Thoug I suppose it would be worse if they were driving.

RANT:
How hard is it to not put a huge glop of ginger on the tray? I get sushi from this one place and I always ask for "no ginger" and more often than not, I get ginger... and today it was such a huge amount that it sort of leaked all over the tray and ruined half of the sushi. If I were still there, instead of having taken it back to work, I would've sent it back! Urgh!

I feel that way about sour cream. Sure, I know the rest of the human race luuurrrrves that stuff! So I'm an alien, ok? How hard is it to just leave the "dollop" off of my plate? RANT: OK, so I discover just who it is that will let you do air and swipe sampling in their building at six thirty in the morning. Realty offices. Sheesh! So I suggest to the team leader, just bash one of the Realtors over the head and toss him in the crate, right? The client did want us sampling anything we thought the lab might find interesting! And the team leader (who knows perfectly well I'm joking) jokes back, that's why I'm not making you do that part of the project (wish I could be sure about the guarantee I won't have to go do that part - it's not the Realtor issue, it's the six thirty in the next state issue. But since we were kidding around, I can't). So I say, just pick a little one, and put him in the biggest cooler with plenty of ice so he'll stay placid and sluggish all the way to the lab, but, she says, I'm pretty sure that's reptiles. But, I say, I was under the impression that...oh well never mind, never mind, back to your regularly scheduled and all that. Note to self: Red Bull really isn't an adequate substitute for old-fashioned shut-eye.

RANT:
What? Cigarettes are bad for you? WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN!?! No one told me about it! OMG, why isn't the media all over this NEW DEVELOPMENT?!?
As in, duh, I know, you're dumb for pointing out the obvious, and I'm not going to make excuses for my personal choices. Whether or not I am going to quit is irrelevant. I'm outside and I'm not bothering anyone. Go tell a fat person at McDonald's that they shouldn't be eating that Big Mac and see what happens.
RAVE:
I had the most AMAZING conversation with my sister the other day and I discovered that she is very spiritual in the same sense as me! She feels very connected to rocks and plants and she has a similar type of empathic quality to mine. I was able to help her out with some questions and help her learn how to control her empathy. She's going to start meditation and shielding herself and now we have a whole new slew of things to talk about. We are even closer than we were before and I am very thankful for that.
