I made turkey burgers last night. I took 1.2lbs of ground turkey breast, threw in 5 tsp of minced garlic, cilantro, basil, adobo, pepper, salt, thyme, and parsley. Stirred it all up. Pressed it into the mixing bowl. Cut it into 5 pieces. Formed two of the pieces into burgers and fried them up in olive oil. The other three I placed into individual plastic bags, formed them into burgers and put them in the freezer.
I served them on everything bagels with light feta cheese.
Delicious.
I want to add that ground turkey breast is like 95% fat free. Regular ground turkey is 85% fat free.
