I have come up with some herbal tea blends. I recently purchased several types of herbs and I have been experimenting with them. And, of course, do not ingest any type of herb without speaking to a health care professional. Here are a few blends I have been making lately:
Female Tonic Tea *NOT TO BE DRUNK IF PREGNANT* Black Cohosh, Borage, Pennyroyal, and Red Clover Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs, steep for five minutes, strain and drink hot up to three times daily
Male Tonic Tea Borage, Catnip, Oatstraw, and Red Clover Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs, steep for five minutes, strain and drink hot up to three times daily
Addiction Relief Tea Borage, Calendula, Catnip, Red Clover, and Scullcap Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs, steep for five minutes, strain and drink hot up to five cups daily
Anxiety Relief Tea Catnip, Chamomile, Oatstraw, and Peppermint Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs, steep for five minutes, strain and drink hot up to five cups daily

So...this beverage will prevent drunkenness, but only in pregnant women? Sorry, couldn't resist. ;D I might like that anxiety one though. Thanks!

Haha, maybe I need to word that differently.
Catnip or Peppermint tea is very calming and both taste good. I know some people who drink Valerian tea for sleep or anxiety but I tell you, oooooh, it tastes like crap unless you put a ton of honey in it. Passionflower is also a good calming tea.
