My son and his gf are having problems getting along. They are young, they are new parents, he works, she goes to college and they are doing a good job raising their daughter.
Could you send some good thoughts or positive energy their way as they are trying to work things out. They are even on a waiting list to receive family therapy. Thanks so much!

Any "energy" I "send" right now might be "contaminated", but I'll try anyway... ...let's put it like this, if any real estate agents enter your life you'll know I've been successful... Hope things work out better!

I'm also sending energy. And perhaps a bit of advice that helps my boyfriend and I out when we are having issues since he works and I am going to college and it can be very stressful: Once a month have a date night. Get a babysitter and go out for a couple of hours to a movie, dinner, or have a picnic or visit someplace special. You don't have to spend a lot of money to spend good quality time together. Schedule it so that nothing else gets in the way of the much needed date.

I agree with K on the spending time as a couple not just a family. I really do think that a little motherly hug to DIL and a word to Son about how it gets tough, but you stick to it and keep on together.
((Confidence in them coming their way))

Thanks you all very much. My son and his gf are getting along better and I will be babysitting this week so they can spend some time together. I will be on vacation so while I am getting my grandma time in they can get some partner time in.

I am sorry to say that my son and his gf have decided to separate for now. Hunter has moved back home and they are working out the logistics and legal matters of visitation for their daughter. The tension in the air is quite thick and I think this is the best thing to do for them and the baby. I hope they work things out and will be together soon but if they choose to not continue their relationship I will respect their wishes.
